Two 26-year-old guys, Andrea and Alessandro, share a dream: to open a unique bar on the shores of Lake Como. Andrea, with experience in the industry, drives forward this project born from his passion for interior design.
Armed with determination and creativity, they transform an old, dilapidated venue into a modern and welcoming oasis, building everything with their own hands, with the support of Oscar and Simone who quickly join the team.
Located in front of the picturesque backdrop of Bellagio, the bar comes to life as a fresh and youthful idea, designed to cater to the tastes of all visitors, from morning to night.
The name "Vittoria" stems from an in-depth study of the lake's history: in 1894, the terrace on which the bar stands was known as "Vittoria," paying homage to the English tourism that crowded the area.
Respecting the tradition and history of the place, Andrea and Alessandro have preserved the charm of the building, which in the past served as a tea room and reception for an ancient hotel. The bar counter was created by reusing the original hotel reception, adding a touch of nostalgia and authenticity.
Today, Vittoria is much more than just a bar: it has become a landmark for those seeking an authentic experience on Lake Como, where history, tradition and innovation blend harmoniously.
The terrace is the centerpiece of the Vittoria experience, offering a unique opportunity: enjoying a spritz with a breathtaking view of the lake. It's an oasis of tranquility along the road, immersing oneself in a summer atmosphere that evokes the sensation of vacation and freedom.
Inside, the environment recalls the elegance of Parisian bistros, with urban touches that blend perfectly. The Liberty style details from the 1920s, enriched by colored stained glass windows and a suggestive iron pergola, tell the story of the lake, from the post-war era to the early tourists and German refugees, in a fascinating mix of tradition and modernity.
The strategic location makes the venue the ideal starting point for exploring local wonders, such as Villa Carlotta and the Grand Hotel Tremezzo. With 64 outdoor seats on the terrace and almost 40 indoors, there is space for everyone who wishes to experience a moment of pure magic.
